Whole fruit blueberries blended with our balsamic vinegar from Modena is an amazing choice for drizzling over desserts, fruit salads, tossed salads, and asparagus. Sauté scallops in the lemon oil and then drizzle the blueberry to finish. The intensity of this blueberry balsamic vinegar is amazing—like squeezing the juice directly from the fruit. As an added surprise, we found it equally delicious over Bleu, Feta and Goat Cheeses. Yummy in BBQ sauces or simply drizzled over vanilla pound cake.
Take a bag of Spring Mix greens, fresh blueberries, green Globe grapes (cut in half), blue cheese sprinkles (or shaved Asiago), pecans and then drizzle equal amounts of this balsamic and our fused Lemon olive oil for a delicious, company worthy salad.
