A Foodies favorite! The taste is juicy and complex and true to the fruit. Undertones of fig are so apparent. Try this with our Milanese Gremolata olive oil on a salad with Goat cheese, walnuts, and orange slices. Reduce Fig balsamic over low heat with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle over pork tenderloin. For something really special, try it on Honeydew sprinkled with minced Prosciutto and Parmesan. Also, really special with fresh minced mint on cantaloupe.  This is one of our thickest balsamics, most likely because of the higher, natural sugar content.
