Our Olive Oils

Extra Virgin Olive Oils

Olive ‘n Vinnie’s importer is known for “Chasing the Crush” sourcing from small regional Olive Oil growers in both Northern and Southern Hemispheres. According to IOC (International Olive Council) standards, Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the first crushing of the fruit with a Free Fatty Acid level below 0.8% with zero flavor defects.

A stringent chemical analysis classifies our EVOO as Ultra-Premium. Our olive growers crush for oil within hours of the harvest. The FFA level is below 0.3%. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are the freshest and most nutritionally well-balanced olive oil products available all year round. Availability of our select Olive Oils, varies depending on the harvest season. Comparable oil replacements may be delivered instead.

Infused Olive Oil

Our flavored olive oils will rotate every six months utilizing the freshest EVOO from that particular hemisphere’s harvest. The base of our flavored olive oils is fresh and pure, 100% cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. The olive oil is either INFUSED with natural plant ingredients after the olive is pressed or FUSED by pressing whole fruits or chilies to the olives at the time of crush. The result is rich and smooth, yet intense infused Olive Oil.

Fused Olive Oil

The base of our flavored olive oils is fresh and pure, 100% cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. The result is rich and smooth, yet intense.

Our Balsamic Vinegars

Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegars
This ancient condiment has been used to both flavor and preserve food. Our balsamic is made from the “must” of Trebbiano grapes from Modena, Italy. Open flame slow cooking in copper cauldrons, then aged in wooden casks according to generations of Italian tradition, creates an exquisite, high quality product. It is then blended with 100% natural flavors to become an amazing addition to your culinary experience. No artificial caramelization is used in our products.
Aged White Balsamics
Also made from the Trebbiano grape, the white balsamics have such a delightful, crisp flavor. Extremely adaptable, they are an essential to any salad, (along with an equal drizzle of your favorite oil). Fabulous over many foods as a light, flavor bursting finisher.
