Description

A perfect dessert and salad dressing treat, this balsamic married with black cherry fruit is rich in flavor and outstanding paired with pork, duck, and chicken. Toss with Persian Lime or Lemon or Rosemary olive oils for a match made in heaven. Great with salads that feature cheeses such as Feta, Goat and Bleu varieties. It is delicious over Orange and Onion Sicilian salad. We use it with our seltzer water to make a healthy soda.  If you like beef, this really adds a bunch of flavor, especially in crock pot recipes.  Just give a hearty drizzle over the top of the beef and cook as directed.

When we owned the supper club, this was our balsamic of choice to drizzle on a Caprese salad.
