Oh my goodness!  This is such a shocker…even folks that are not necessarily “mint people”— their eyes widen when we give them a sample.  It is so refreshing!  Drizzle is over chunks of watermelon, goat cheese and chopped up mint.  Make crafted cocktails with vodka or gin. I love using this for roasted Brussels sprouts.  Cut up the Brussels, toss with olive oil, this balsamic, honey and salt and pepper.  Roast and enjoy.

Delicious just drizzled on greens with or without a grilled chicken breast.  I even toss it on peas….yum!!
