From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, this rare Tunisian Baklouti pepper is unique to the region. Our importer offers the only example of this fruity and mildly spicy green chili oil in the world. Baklouti chili olive oil is made by combining one pound of organic extra virgin olive oil with 1.6 pounds of green Baklouti chilis. This oil has only these two ingredients and will add a new and surprising dimension to salsas, marinades, green chili lasagna and so much more. Try pairing it with our white peach or coconut balsamic over shrimp, fish tacos, chicken or rice.
