Description

Incredibly complex and fruity, this highly awarded Hojiblanca has won Best In Class, Gold, and Premiere medals in both International and domestic Olive Oil Competitions. Viscous and creamy, the notes include apple, green banana with a hint of pepper.  This is really, really good paired with our A-Premium aged white balsamic on a salad consisting of tomatoes, red and green peppers, cucumbers and sweet onions and freshly cracked black pepper.  For a dark balsamic pairing, try our 18 year old or the Fig.  (Usually in stock, but if not, we will send a comparable olive oil).
