This amazing Sicilian Lemon experience pairs so nicely with many of our oils. Your salads are just waiting for this bright surprise! If you are a mushroom person, use this balsamic on a salad with our Wild Mushroom and Sage olive oil, along with sliced celery, Feta cheese, whole walnuts and dried cranberries. It is a perfect marinade for shrimp and all your favorite seafood! Drizzle this Sicilian lemon over roasted asparagus, melon, and prosciutto! To marinate chicken pieces, S & P first, then put in a baggie and drizzle with equal amounts of our Garlic or Rosemary olive oil, this Sicilian Lemon balsamic and toss in either fresh or dried herbs (parsley, rosemary etc.). Leave in fridge overnight to marry the flavors. Such a simple, flavorful dish. This balsamic is also very nice brushed on fish of your choice along with our Milanese Gremolata olive oil which has hints of garlic, lemon, mint and Italian parsley. Interestingly enough, it pairs beautifully with our fused Lemon olive oil on salad. It’s not too lemony, just really fresh!
