This oil adapts beautifully to all styles of cooking and finishing. Gremolata is a traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley, and a hint of mint. Use for fish, to marinate poultry and shellfish, and in vinaigrettes. Traditionally served with Osso Buco, and any other slow-braised dishes to add a zip of flavor. AMAZING on a salad with our white Cranberry Pear, Sicilian Lemon, Gravenstein Apple or Maple Balsamics. Delicious on almost anything. Another MUST HAVE AT ALL TIMES in your pantry. Another one that we use in our scrambled eggs because of the layers of flavors. If I had to choose ONE olive oil, this would be it. So incredibly delicious and versatile with both white and dark Balsamics.
