What a fun and different addition to our library of olive oils. This one is so delicious paired with the Olive ‘n Vinnie’s MAPLE balsamic for roasted veggies or basted on a grilled pork roast. Use as a marinade for poultry. Brush on pita bread, sprinkle on Zaatar, shredded Parmesean and a bit of salt. Broil 4-5 minutes until lightly crisp. Anyone that likes that smokey layer of flavors, this is for you. Like steaks? Marinade them with our ESPRESSO balsamic mixed with this oil……yummm.
