Description

Bright and herbaceous, these Greek olives were mechanically cold pressed with freshly picked oregano.  This was by far one of the most difficult flavors to accomplish.  Use on poultry, pasta dishes, and pizza.  Outstanding with the Sicilian Lemon balsamic on a Greek salad with Kalamata olives, big chunks of Feta, green peppers, red onions, tomato, and cucumber.  Pairs well with the Strawberry or Grapefruit balsamics.  BRONZE medal winner.  Los Angelos EVOO competition.  Product of Greece.
