Made in Italy in an artisan fashion without the use of any extracts, this olive oil is smooth while having an unmistakable intense white truffle flavor. It is very complex and strong to the palate and nose which works great as a “secret ingredient” in cooking. Excellent finishing oil for many Mediterranean dishes, cream based soups, pastas, risotto, or even drizzled on popcorn.

We have a wonderful Italian restaurant that prepares French fries with our White Truffle olive oil and then sprinkles it with our Black Truffle sea salt.  Finger licking good (literally!).  Available under Specialty salts and spices ($12.50)
