I was first introduced to Olive ‘n Vinnie’s olive oils and balsamics when I began a new eating plan with the desire to lose several pounds. I wanted and needed a product and did not have added sugars and of course, natural ingredients. I fell in love with all of the balsamics, especially the fruit ones and incredible olive oils. I used the balsamics on vegetables, salads and even poultry and fish. When I combine the oils and balsamics together, it makes my food come alive! I fell in love with the new foods and have lost 60 pounds in the last 9 months. Karen and her staff are incredible to work with.
