What a treat this new balsamic is! Amazingly complex, you will find layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. A favorite glaze for pork and salmon, or marinate beef for a Kona steak-like boost. Drizzle on ice cream and berries. Exquisite used as an “affogato float” which calls for one part espresso balsamic to four parts vanilla bean ice cream or gelato.

When I want a rich, bold flavor on a steak (especially a skirt steak), I do the following:  S & P, rub meat with Milanese Gremolata olive oil,  this Espresso balsamic, a sprinkle dry coffee grounds (un-used) and then marinate in a baggie at least over night.  Longer is better and then grill.  It is mouth watering.
