A Foodies favorite! The taste is juicy and complex and true to the fruit. Undertones of fig are so apparent. Try this with our Milanese Gremolata olive oil on a salad with Goat cheese, walnuts, and orange slices. Brush on pork tenderloin with cracked black pepper before roasting. For something really special, try it on Honeydew sprinkled with minced Prosciutto and Parmesan. Top with fresh minced mint on cantaloupe. Combine with our Chipotle olive oil then brush on beef, chicken or salmon before you toss on the grill or in the oven. This is one of our thickest balsamics, most likely because of the higher, natural sugar content.
