This limited quantity olive oil is stunning with very pronounced and herby thyme flavors. Serve a bowl of mashed potatoes topped with drizzle of this Thyme oil and then a large ladle full of chicken noodle soup. YUM!!! Use with Pomegranate dark balsamic on a lamb roast, poultry and pork, as well that combo as a salad dressing. Caramelize onions with this and our Traditional (18 year old) dark balsamic. Thyme in a bottle:))..
