Description
Most popular in North Africa and the Middle East, Harissa is made with (often smoked) chili peppers, garlic, caraway, coriander, and cumin, then pounded to a paste and left to develop for at least 12 hours. Add dazzle to couscous, scrambled eggs, stews, soups, spaghetti sauce and burritos! Phenomenal spritzed on fresh kale, then sprinkled with sea salt and shaker Parmesan and baked until lightly crisp. Pair with our Raspberry balsamic for a fabulous sweet-hot baste for shrimp on the barbie. Beautiful orangey colored olive oil.
