Jalapeno olive oil is a spicy, wonderfully vibrant oil offering heat without being over-powering.  It is a flavorful oil made from crushing fresh jalapenos and blending with olives. It is excellent when drizzled over pasta or scrambled eggs.  It’s also a healthy alternative to butter and a nice substitute to vegetable oil.
