Bright and FRESH. This Persian lime fused oil is great with vegetables (especially cauliflower), fruit, shrimp, and chicken. Excellent for grilling and in Mexican or Thai dishes. Pairs well with Coconut, 18-Year Traditional, Sicilian Lemon, Golden Pineapple, and Blackberry Ginger balsamics. Drizzle in salsas or on avocado.
