Made with fresh wild Rosemary crushed with certified organic early harvest Chetoui olives using 100%mechanical cold extraction methods. This oil embodies the heart and soul of rosemary, both complex and aromatic. Take a pre-roasted chicken from the grocery, quarter it on a baking pan and drizzle this oil on it. Put under broiler until the skin is hot and crispy. OMG!! Company worthy and not sure I’d share. Pairs beautifully with our Black Cherry balsamic. One of our customers loves it on vanilla ice cream. Use anywhere rosemary might be used. Amazing with poultry, pork, salmon or lamb. Spectacular drizzled over sautéed veggies or roasted potatoes. Also pairs well with Olive ‘n Vinnie’s Sicilian Lemon white balsamic or Pomegranate dark balsamic.
