This Maple Balsamic consists of real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont. This is outrageously good. Take a sip and think pancakes, waffles, glazing bacon, pork chops, salmon, and don’t forget the ice cream! Autumn salad dressings with our Blood Orange Olive Oil or our Roasted Walnut oil, marinades, chocolate cake, fruit, and so much more! One of our best sellers when paired with our Pine Ridge Jalapeno or regular BBQ sauce, then slathered on chicken or a slab of ribs before grilling.  My new favorite salad….mixed greens, sliced celery, shaved cheese, candied pecans and then drizzled with equal amounts of our Milanese Gremolata olive oil and this Vermont Maple balsamic. And, my new favorite dessert…vanilla ice cream, candied pecans, pieces of fresh orange, a sprinkle of good sea salt and then drizzled with the Maple.  Ridiculous!!
