Lemongrass Mint
Green Tea
Mocktail
Herby, floral, and genuinely refreshing — proof that a zero-proof drink doesn't have to taste like an afterthought.
We built this one specifically for guests who wanted something in their glass without the wine — and it ended up being just as popular as the sangria sitting right next to it.
Green tea and mint is an easy pairing on its own, but our Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar is what turns it into something you'd actually order at a bar. It brings a citrusy, herbal depth that a splash of lemon juice alone can't touch.
Honey rounds out the sharper edges, and a splash of sparkling water at the end keeps it light instead of syrupy.
The Trick to a Mocktail That Doesn't Taste Like One
Most non-alcoholic drinks fall flat because they're missing the complexity alcohol usually provides. Balsamic vinegar fills that gap surprisingly well — it adds acidity, depth, and a little edge, which is exactly what a good cocktail needs whether or not there's liquor in it.
A good mocktail needs acidity and depth, not just sweetness. That's exactly what balsamic brings to the glass.
— The Olive 'n Vinnie's KitchenThis one's just as good iced on a summer afternoon as it is dressed up in a nice glass for an evening event.

The Whole Flavor, In One Bottle
Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar
One of our most surprising white balsamics — delicate, aromatic, and genuinely unlike anything else on the shelf. Beautiful in dressings and marinades, and it turns iced tea, lemonade, or sparkling water into something special in seconds.

Make It Your Own
Swap the green tea for black or white tea depending on what you have on hand — the balsamic plays well with all three. For an adults-only version, a splash of gin or vodka turns this into a full cocktail without changing anything else in the recipe.
Lemongrass Mint Balsamic is one of our go-to picks for anyone building a mocktail menu — it works in nearly everything from lemonade to iced tea to a simple glass of sparkling water. Come taste it before you decide which drink to build around it.
