Fresh lemons are pressed with the olives to produce one of our most popular fused olive oils. Brush on seafood, chicken and vegetables. Use in skillets to create a delicious lemony sauté. Drizzle on fresh greens with candied pecans, fresh green grapes, blueberries, and crumbled Gorgonzola, then add an equal drizzle of our Blueberry or Raspberry balsamic. We love this drizzled over mashed potatoes. A very DRIZZLE-driven oil. This oil or our Milanese Gremolata olive oil is really good in your scrambled egg skillet. Lemon oil needs to be at your fingertips at all times.
