How to make it:

1. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a simmer.
2. Stir in ONE dip mix packet and simmer on low 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Or stir the mix into the water and microwave on high 1-3 minutes.)
3. Halve the avocados and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
4. Add the simmered herb mixture, yogurt, and lemon juice. Blend with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth, or mash with a fork for a chunkier dip.
5. Serve on toast, with crackers, or with raw vegetables. Can be covered and refrigerated up to 2 hours before serving.
